JRV Realty was founded to focus on horse properties in the North Georgia Mountains. Our office and horse farm is located in Talking Rock just 15 minutes from Ellijay and the southern boundary of the Chattahoochee National Forest.

More and more people are realizing that the many communities in North Georgia such as Blairsville, Blue Ridge, Chatsworth, Ellijay, Jasper, and Talking Rock have a lot to offer equine enthusiasts. Our mission is to connect buyers and sellers in this geographic area. In addition to the usual Multiple Listing Services and the local media, we advertise in horse specific publications in both print and on the web. We keep track of what’s on the market, the current trends in the area, and local horse related issues and events.

Horse farms are our sole focus. Marketing horse properties is not the same as marketing houses in a subdivision. The challenge is not in differentiating one house from another – it is in finding the right prospective buyer.
