The Juni Fisher concert in late April was a big success. Juni did her normal excellent performance in front of a packed house. As we say here, she never disappoints. We raised a little more than $5,000 which we have already commenced to distribute to several trailheads in north Georgia. The last few months I’ve been assisting one of our daughters sell her home and buying another. That culminated this past Friday with back to back Closings in the morning and a move-in in the afternoon. Thankfully both Closings went very smoothly. A big thank you to Hartmanlaw who handled both for us. They do a great job there.

As a result I’m once again looking for listings. I’ll be posting a new one very shortly that is an excellent horse property, especially for someone who wants lots of room for the animals and the space to truly enjoy the out doors in a quiet setting. I love horse properties and enjoy working with people in acquiring/selling theirs.
